It turned out the damage was smashed walls, windows and a massive mess. The neighbours advised us that within weeks of moving in there was a huge party and the cops had to be called. In fact, the party made the local paper. Personally, I suspect the damage was more "party" related than "break-in" related.Anyway, the landlord insurance…See More

How to Promote Yourself on YouTube

If you're a speaker, you need to be on YouTube - no ifs and buts about it! Everybody and their cat is there, so if you're not, it reflects poorly on you.But don't set out to create the world's best viral video. Start by recording a 2-3 promotional video of you speaking to camera, introducing yourself and explaining what problems you solve for your clients and customers.OK, I know that's not as easy as it sounds! The main problem most people have is that they don't know what to say and how to…See More

Seven Trends You Must Pay Attention To (and Three You Can Ignore) in 2012

Posted by Gihan Perera on January 10, 2012 at 3:00pm 0 Comments

So here's my list of the things you mustpay attention to, and the things you can ignore.

1. E-Books

Amazon.com is selling more Kindle books than paperbacks, and its Kindle Fire tablet is a huge best-seller,…
